Corrugated fiberboard carton with a polyethylene liner. No staples or metallic fasteners are used. Net weight is 25kg (55.11 lbs). 
 
Quality Assurance 
Strict quality control procedures are enforced during manufacture. The manufacturing environment is subject to strict monitoring control. Each lot of packaged products is sampled and tested for its chemical, sensory and microbiological parameters. Each package is identified, enabling traceback. 
 
Storage and Handling 
Confectionery Mix - B78 in should be stored refrigerated at a maximum of 15°F. Prior to use, it can be conditioned at 50°F for up to three weeks.
