New Zealand Anhydrous Milkfat (AMF) is a concentrated milkfat product manufactured from the highest quality cow’s milk. It is free from any chemical additives, preservatives, foreign fats and other impurities. AMF preserves the pure, clean dairy flavor of New Zealand’s finest cream, obtained form cows grazing only on open pasture.

Suggested uses
AMF is suitable for use in the manufacture of ice cream, bakery and confectionery products.
Packaging
Anhydrous Milkfat is usually sold in either a 200kg steel-lined drum of a 950kg/100kg bulk bin. The bulk bin contains an integral heating unit for convenient handling.
Storage and handling
New Zealand Anhydrous Milkfat should be kept in a cool dry place. Product should not be exposed to direct sunlight or strong odors. Temperatures below 75 F will extend the storage life. Stocks should be used in rotation.
