Storage and Handling
Confectionery Mix - AMF 9505 Salted is perishable food and in order to preserve its pure flavor it should be stored at a minimum - 10°C. Keep away from odors, keep out of direct sunlight, and use strictly in rotation. The shelf life is 12 months from manufacture provided storage conditions are followed.

Packaging
Corrugated fiberboard carton with a polyethylene liner. The liner is tied with a black plastic cable tie. No staples or metallic fasteners are used. Net weight is 50 lbs. and there are 48 cartons to a pallet.
 
Quality Assurance 
Strict quality control procedures are enforced during manufacture. The manufacturing environment is subject to strict monitoring control. Each lot of packaged products is sampled and tested for its chemical, sensory and microbiological parameters. Each package is identified, enabling traceback. Shelf life is 12 months form date of manufacture.
